Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that a damaged or incorrect item is delivered we will replace it immediately. You must notify us by email within 7 days from the date it is delivered to you and include a brief explanation of the problem.
Upon notification we will issue you with a 5 digit Returns Authorisation Number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package and the goods returned to Customer Services at the following address:- (Please note we would advise you to return the product by recorded delivery as we cannot be responsible for lost items in the post)
